Overview
resOS is a Copenhagen-based restaurant booking system with a table planner, guest profiles and reminders. Its waitlist is a paid add-on that works as a cancellation-fill list rather than a walk-in text queue. Pricing is public and plans are tiered by monthly booking volume.
resOS is a restaurant booking system made by Resos ApS in Copenhagen, Denmark, founded in 2018. The core product covers online reservations, a table planner, guest profiles, reminders, analytics and post-visit feedback. It serves restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.
The waitlist is an optional add-on. According to the vendor’s feature page, guests can join from the booking page or widget when a time is full, and staff can add walk-ins by hand. The host converts an entry into a booking, which sends a confirmation, and the system does not assign the next party automatically. This makes it closer to a cancellation-fill list than a text-when-ready walk-in queue.
Pricing is published and tiered by booking volume: Free (25 bookings a month), Basic (350), Plus (750) and Unlimited. The Free plan excludes add-ons, so it does not count as a free plan with a waitlist here. Add-ons are priced separately, including the waitlist, SMS (EUR 0.10 per message), online payments, Reserve with Google, multiple locations and full API access. The vendor states it charges no per-booking, per-cover or commission fees.
Listed integrations include Stripe, Facebook and Instagram, Reserve with Google, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Zapier and Google Sheets. No POS integration is named.
