Suggest a new product
Send an email with:
- Product name
- Website
- Pricing page URL, or a note that the vendor publishes no prices
- A link to a vendor page that shows the waitlist or queue feature, such as a feature page or help article
- The categories that fit, from the seven on this site: virtual queue and walk-in management, restaurant, appointments and services, healthcare and clinics, retail and public services, pre-launch products, or childcare and enrollment
Correct a listing
Send an email with:
- Product name and website, or the address of its listing on this site
- What is wrong and what it should say instead
- A source for each correction: a link to the vendor’s own page that shows the correct fact. Prices, free plans and trials need the vendor’s pricing page as the source.
Labels are calculated rather than chosen, so a label changes only when the data behind it changes. Useful corrections of that kind include an iOS or Android app that the listing does not record, or a public changelog.
What counts as a source
Sources that work are pages on the vendor’s own website (pricing, features, help documentation, changelog) and the vendor’s App Store or Google Play listing. A price has to appear as readable text on the page; a price shown only in an image cannot be quoted. Review sites, directories and articles are not used as sources for prices or free plans.
What happens next
Each request is checked against its source before anything on the site changes. A pricing change is read from the live pricing page and confirmed by the same second check used for every listing. Confirmed corrections are applied to the listing, and the catalog’s monthly update refreshes the app store, archive, domain, traffic and status-page data for every product.
