Waitlistr is a hosted service for public waiting lists and giveaways. Its stated users include artists and makers, pet breeders, beauty professionals, teachers, gaming communities and event organizers, so it is broader than a launch tool for software teams. It stays in the pre-launch category. The company is Waitlistr, Inc.

A list owner sets up a short form and a landing page. Members can be messaged through a native chat, and custom emails are available on the Premium plans. Viral sharing rewards members who get friends and family to join. The site also describes taking payment to secure a member’s spot, or invoicing members, though payment processing fees are not shown on the plans page. The embeddable signup widget, private lists, member download and analytics are listed from Premium upward, and webhooks only on Premium Plus. Pricing is self-serve and published. Free allows 1 list with 50 members.
