Hostme

Hostme is a restaurant reservation, table management and waitlist platform from Hostme, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company with a Washington, DC address. The vendor lists restaurants, restaurant groups, breweries, wineries, bars and clubs. Guests can join the waitlist through a widget on the restaurant’s website, a guest page or a direct link, and a tablet can run in kiosk mode near the entrance. Hosts can send an SMS automatically when a table is assigned, and wait estimates use one of two calculation methods.

Pricing is public. Mezzo and Grande are the two priced plans, at $109 and $169 a month billed monthly, with a 10 percent discount for annual billing, and Enterprise is custom pricing for 10 or more units. Waitlist is on all three plans. POS integration and private feedback appear on Grande. Add-ons include extra events at $20 each, marketing credit packs and per-cover fees on some booking channels. Sign-up goes through a lead form where an account specialist follows up, so self-serve sign-up is not recorded.
